Harrison and Rowe Ltd is pleased to announce the successful completion of our works at Lancashire County Cricket Club Phase 2b for Morgan Sindall.

This project was the replacement of the old members pavilion with a new four storey structure incorporating the existing Long Room and iconic dome topped towers which were retained from the existing structure.

The design included a series of complicated ceiling and wall designs which needed to be completed within a very tight schedule. This required careful sequencing to ensure that the installation was completed within the timeframe allocated to ensure that there were no delays to following trades.

With regular communication and good co-ordination with the Morgan Sindall site team and good dialogue with all other relevant subcontractors, we were able to plan and execute our works in the required time and to the required standard for the client and end user.

Now complete, the new pavilion is finished to an extremely high standard, and will serve as an excellent venue for watching this summer’s Ashes Test Match.

As this was the first project carried out by Harrison and Rowe Ltd for Morgan Sindall, and the subsequent success of the partnership, we look forward to developing our relationship further and hopefully commencing further projects in the future.
